Terms of use
The rules for using realmoneycasinos.org. Short, in plain English, and binding on anyone who uses the site.
Last updated October 31, 2026Using this site
1. What this site is
Real Money Casinos is an information and comparison site about sweepstakes casinos available to players in the United States. It is operated by OMD AS, Frøyas gate 15, 0107 Oslo, Norway. We are not a casino, we do not take bets or payments, and we do not hold player funds.
2. Nothing here is gambling
The casinos we describe run promotional sweepstakes under US law. We describe them as such. Nothing on this site is an offer to gamble for real money and nothing should be read as advice that gambling is a way to earn an income.
3. Age and location
You must be 18 or older to use this site, and 21 where a casino or state requires it. Sweepstakes casinos are not available in every state; the state guide lists the closed states and you are responsible for checking the law where you live.
4. Accuracy
Figures are measured on our own accounts and re-checked monthly, but casinos change their offers without notice. Always read the casino’s own terms before registering. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of information here.
5. Independence
We do not earn affiliate commissions, our links carry no tracking code and no casino pays for a position. Casinos are listed on editorial judgement and measured figures only.
6. Intellectual property
Text, tables and design on this site belong to OMD AS. Casino names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. You may quote short extracts with a link back; you may not republish whole pages.
7. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The date above is the latest revision.
